Can't open certain door in Sacred Entombments
I got 100% and this is one of the things I had marked to investigate later.

The door is to the left of the left-most Prie Dieu in this area; you can see it if you spawn there.

The door clangs when you hit it with a weapon, and it looks like it may be containing the sand that fell from above. Not sure if it is meant to be opened or if it was open at one point.

I found this door and no matter how, I cannot access this room. Maybe for DLC?

That's the room where the sands rose and carried you upward and you had to do a little climbing obstacle course while the exploding enemies tried to knock you down. You can't get back into it.
