Possible Bug

So as I was playing through the game, much earlier on, I believe it was in the Crown of Thorns, I found 2 Unfinished Lullaby. I thought at the time this might have to do with the large many-armed woman holding the smaller humanoid form down in Profundo Lamento, but when I went back there I still just got "No answer."

Well now I just finished the Benedicta fight (really cool fight btw), and found another Unfinished Lullaby, but this time when I went to my inventory, the other two I had found previously had vanished. So I'm thinking perhaps me finding the other ones earlier was a bug and that this is where I was actually supposed to find it, but I'm not sure. If so, I'm a bit worried that I may have missed two other items earlier as a result.

The same happened to me just now.

This happened to me as well. If you read the lullaby, it continues to expand as you collect more, and eventually is replaced with the full lullaby in your inventory.

Oh okay, that's probably what's happening. Maybe it just combined them once I got 3 of them. Though the item is still called Unfinished Lullaby so I'm not sure if it's finished yet.

They just stack and when you pick up the final one it becomes finished (and the item changes so it is very obvious when you pick it up)

Read the lore of the unfinished lullaby to keep track of the item.

Alright cool, thanks for clearing that up, guys. I just didn't realize it stacked and was confused by that. Having them all in your inventory with numbers, like "Unfinished Lullaby 1," "Unfinished Lullaby 2," etc, would be clearer, but I suppose that would make for some clutter in the inventory.
