I'm one rosary bead away from the achievement. Anyone knows how is it called and where can I find it?

You're missing theConcentrated Bead of Guilt which you can get just like you got theImperfect Sphere of Guilt which is bydying a bunch to get a lot of guilt, then going to the Confessor and getting rid of all of it. Repeat until you see another large sprout on the red cloth and it'll be in there.

That's "Scratched face from the canvas". But I can't remember where I've found it, sorry.
