99%, martyrdom points

That video was a great help. I was missing the marks that dark chariot leaves behind. I did not revisit two of the three locations. After that I was able to get all upgrades for all weapons. Thank you! :)

Well let's hope that your game is not bugged because of that. If you havn't already, give the video a try. It lists all sources of martyrdom, even bosses and collectible challenges. Maybe you just didn't revisit the first room with a chariot or something. Good luck!

It's a bit of a hassle to watch the whole thing and check every location, but you'll be surprised with what you thought you collected but didn't. :blasbaby:

you are annoying, I said I did that wise guy. You get not a 100% complete of the map if you have not all Martyrsdom

Yes you do. 100% completion on the map just means the map is showing every location in its entirety. Theoretically you could leave a lot of chests behind and still get 100% of the map.

Here is a useful reference you can mark your map with and clear although it does not distinguish tears vs marks nor does it include the locations in crimson rains nor the mark of martyrdom above the Prie Dieu in Beneath Her Sacred Ground where you might not have the ability to reach it when you enter and hardly ever return to so check there if you haven't already.

I was under the impression you could get as many martyrdom points as you want because of the rosary bead that increases martyrdom points.

That just helps you grind out the 40 points you earn EXP style. The rest are found or earned by beating bosses.

and Atlars give you no tears or Martyrdom points that is what Rosary Beads do like the Embossed Rat Skul and the Obolus of Proximo (Martyrdom points) Price of Blood for Tears

Just because you explored the whole map doesn't mean you found all the martyrdom points
Map percent just indicates how many of the rooms you entered, has nothing to do with collectibles

Map percent just indicates how many of the rooms you entered, has nothing to do with collectibles

Did you max all 3 weapons upgrade AND all altarpieces slots ?

Yes.
At first I thought you need a second playthrought but no you can do it in one run, but you need every single one for that. Really all it takes to check is to go through a video that shows all the locations and check for yourself

If you only miss 2 for example you dont even need to check the ones that give more
