Not super hard, if me, who isnt a expert of the genre, managed to finish it, anyone can.
gj for finishing it tho i guess ? good for you.
Deal with it, harder games or even games with very hard difficulty options such as Fromsoftware titles and Doom Eternal have very passionate fanbases who are there years or potentially decades after release while easy games are always forgotten in 2 weeks.
the idea here again, its underwhelming
lets ignore the difficulty, the design and the mechanics just dont feel that "Scary"
don't know if it's because i had just become "overleveled" / accustomed to the bosses of B1 after clearing it multiple times but i find the ones i met in 2 so far alot harder and refined with multiple phases and more intricate patterns etc. To me it feels like a continuation of Stir of Dawn boss designs, which were also quite a bit harder than the original ones imho.
Maybe i'm just missing some cheese spells?
im avoiding the mace as it just demolishes stuff + i dislike slow things anyway.
not much cheesing but i do have those statue things alligned to give me a good boost for attack+lightning attacks ...so maybe?
For action design, I agree with jaderpansen. They have more phases and more intricate patterns. Most boss fights are less intense than the Voice of the Dead or Crisanta`s second phase for the designers leave us longer attack windows, not limited attack chance during those 2 fights.
For easier tactic, spam prayer(holy blood this time) with the mace is a cheese way.
Thing is that you should still keep the hard part as the base of the game that your hardcore fans love and have a "casualize" option for the larger audience. You want to keep your loyal audience attracted to your products. There is little point to appeasing those who could be flakes.
