I have a very low end pc and it runs very smoothly most of the time (unless its loading a new area), seems like its something on your end

Couldnt find a solution yet unfortunately tried change thing in AMD adrenaline, anybody has a new amd system and has a nice smooth gameplay?

yeah, my 25 mhz 486 can't play this game smoothly at all, please fix. (I just thought it was comical that this is a thing with a 2d game.)

It's not just you. Not a matter of performance either, screen scrolling is a juddery mess on any pc.

i tried everything now, and same, fps counter shows 800 fps but looks like 50 and stuttering, ill give up for now sadly. would be satisfied any 60+ fps just without stutter, so annoying.

The game runs very smoothly, stable fps, no stuttering and I have not suffered from any crashes, it must be a problem in the settings on your pc.

I have a 13600k and a 4090 hooked up to a 4k120hz TV with VRR.
I have tried a plethora of settings and refresh rates, but I cannot get this game to appear "smooth" when scrolling.
I have plenty of other 2D and 3D games that play smooth as butter.
What's going on with this game in particular?

I had to turn off V-Sync to get stable fps. It's not 100% fixed, but a lot better than the 20 fps i was getting. I hope a patch comes soon.

I am in the same boat. Running a 4090 rtx ...10700k cpu. All my other games run fine. This game just looks like a jittery blurry mess at times. This is on a samsung qn90c 120hz 4k tv.

I refunded the game and got it for Nintendo switch. It is an amazing game, plays and looks better in my opinion on my oled switch than on a large 4k 120hz TV. This is a game that has no improvements on pc and actually plays worse on pc. Again this is an amazing game, just do not see any reason to own it on pc.
