After performing "Piercing Retribution" on an enemy near a wall that also has stone throwing "Wall enemy", character permanently is stuck in "lightning-quick thrust" animation.

after taking my "soul" back,my mana bar still has the branches,though it should't

In the mid upper-left section of the map where brown and blue map squares are, I hit a bell to open a "door", but fell down one map screen as the bell was ringing. Unfortunately after that, when I went back up one screen, I was never able to ring that bell again - it cannot be hit/no longer animates to open that door.

Sometimes attack after parry using rapiers doesn't work. You see the animation, but no damage at all

Guilt not absolved when interacted with in Sacred Entombments just outside the entrance to the sand trap that fills vertically in the bottom left of the map.

whenever i recover my soul after dying if I crouch I instantly die

Cant reclaim guilt (death ghost) if its in a crawl space

You should go to confessor and he will purge those. It seems it is something like punishment so to purge branches, collecting guilt is not enough

The game doen't recognise mouse, you just can't bind main controls to the mouse. Problem for me cuz I have short fingers

When fighting Preceptor Radames you have a chance to get instantly killed without him even touching you.

I've had this "issue" after every boss as well. Not sure if bug or maybe extra penitence from the Miracle...
