They instead chose to improve upon it and gave all DLCs and enhancements for free.
I know I may sound a little too protective but not only I love the first game, but also I feel like when we have developers that put out good content from the get go and continue to hone their craft with no extra charge, they deserve to be praised and respected.
Maybe that was not your intention but the question make it sound like we are talking about one of those games that get released incomplete and demand you to buy DLCs if you want the complete experience.
but lets be real, it was not complete at launch, it was a full game yeah but when u are telling me u fight the last boss and father flies away without a final fight u dont call that complete and that sucked
i just dont want the same feeling for this1
its fine if they release dlc later with more story / bosses, what i am talking about is 'blueballing' us
You got a point. I guess I just saw how the game originally ended as their vision and that they were sort of setting things up for a sequel should the game succeeded. In fact, if you asked me to bet on a horse I'd say that they only changed how first one ended because somewhere along the way in development the second one changed and they did it so in order to better fit their new vision.
Why haven't I played them yet? What blasphemy.... :S
