Game crashed, lost everything

I saw the patch notes said there's a discussion somewhere to help people who lost a ton of progress when their game crashed, but I can't find it.
I'm still at level 22, but I lost everything I've bought with tickets and have no tickets to spend. Incredible bummer.
Does anyone know where to get help? Or is the "help" the post that shows you how to reset your save and start from scratch? I can't imagine how starting from scratch would be helpful, but maybe they just don't have a fix.

Hi, sorry this happened to you, we have gotten reports from a handful of players losing their progress shortly after launch. Since then we have pushed 2 small hotfix patch that should take care of most of these issues. Do you know if you got those updates? Would it be possible that your game was left running for a while which prevented it from updating? 🙏

At that time the best way would be to follow our guide on resetting save data. Thanks Nyxieee for sharing the post.

It's possible, I'm not sure! I ended up just deleted all my save stuff and starting the game over! Haven't had any issues over the last two days, so I feel like that resolved the issue.
A bummer to have to restart but not the end of the world!
