Please add custom music
I really enjoyed the vibe of the game. I would love it if you could add custom music to the playlists from your own files on your PC, since I usually listen to really different genres other than lofi. I would rather avoid the ads from the youtube browser and use my own private playlists.

I'm also not sure if it could be done in game or through something like the workshop, but it might be nice to share some playlists with other players if we have more custom options?

I was asking about this myself, I'll post what I said on another thread here....

Are you all thinking of allowing us to use music from our own pc? I have lots of mp3's that I love to play in this maybe allow us to create a playlist to use in the program. The music already in is amazing but sometimes when working I like to change it up and though I could use youtube it's not something I really want to have to turn to mainly if the music is already on my pc.

Also I don't expect a sharing playlist of copyright music/workshop mainly as I am sure that is too murky of an area with copyright and what not.

But it would be nice if there was something that allows us to share things with each other, maybe something like a creator that lets us make designs for shirts or hats people can put on and wear. Just something kinda fun and also would really help personalize the feel more.

(sorry for typos and ect... not fully awake. XD)

There is a 'web browser music' option, maybe that?

I tried a few links this morning and the player wouldn't work, so I think it has limitations or it is bugged right now.

Can we use something other than YouTube? I can't figure out how to navigate to my spotify lists via the web browser option.

I'd love to have my own local music files (multiple different formats) so I can play completely offline (turn off wifi) to focus on writing.

Yeah, the web browser isn't working very well right now. Would be nice to have either our own local music files or better web browser integration (especially to access the web version of spotify).

Fully support this. The included music is very nice and I'm enjoying it, but I will eventually want to add my own music to the rotation. Custom music support, or a real web browser so I can access my music server, would be much appreciated. I was really hoping these features would be in the full version after playing the demo.

I would like to be able to access YouTube Music. Clicking the link does nothing. I know I can still get to the same music within YouTube, but my YouTube Music uploads aren't available.

This is a neat idea and all, but you can turn the music off in the game. For now it's pretty simple to do that and then play whatever you please in the background with your usual software.

Good idea but that kind of has a different feel to it when compared to having a built in music player.

Example with this game, Melody Escape 2. Sometimes I just have it on auto play and let it be my music player in the background. I used to do the same with PC Building Simulator, just using my simulated PC to play music from my real PC music folder. It just has a certain feel to it when games like these has built in custom music player.
