Frozen Start Screen

I bought ths game to try it but everytime I start the game, the start screen freezes. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Levono y410p if it helps.

what I did to fix it was first I went into the task manager when it was running right clicked on it and went to properties, then in properties go to compatibility troubleshooter, and then set it to the reccommended settings. Then if it's still kind of freezy when you're in game just hit F to window it and it generally works then too.
