Graphics Options not saving

i want to make my game look better but when i select Texture quality high and Enhanced graphics it says i need to restart and when i do i come back and the game is still on low graphics

You need to accept the changes in the menu in order to save them.

i do. thats why it tells me to restart and i do that and go back on it goes back to low

anyways you can bypass it by editing the pcconfig which you can find in appdata/%roaming%/wbgames or something. 0 is off 1 is on for most values. the last one, forceshaderl, is the important one. at 1 it wouldn't let me start the game (graphics card), but at 2 i could it it fine. I can't immediately see the difference, so i might try to set it to 0.Changing IgnoreVendorPresets from "0" to "1" allowed my game to keep the saved graphical settings.

I figured it out. What you need to do is go to Users\"yourusername"\AppData\Roaming\WB Games\LEGO Harry Potter, then click pcconfig, then change the 0 next to IgnoreVendorPresets to a 1. Simple!

I did discover a way to do it it's a little bit of a glitch but it works perfectly

First go into video settings and get the resolution you want then when the countdown is going click B controller or escape for keyboard
When you have done so

Should bring you back to the different settings and just click on one of them before the timer go out and it's saved your resolution settings

That did not work. Just spent 30 minutes, with excessive music from the game destroying my eardrums as i tried to get it to change to settings. Even after going into my appdata did not help. Not sure what they did, but now the game is totally unplayable.

They also seemed to have removed all audio settings from the game, so even at 1% under the windows audio mixer, its still loud enough to feel like being at a Static X concert, standing next to the speaker tower
