Crash after launch

My game crashes after I launch it, when I launch it there is a black screen and a few seconds later the game crashes and it tells me no error it just closes.

Lego Harry Potter 5-7 works very well

I have succeeded but when I go to options I have all the options except the one to change the volume of the music etc

There's no control on the main screen whatsoever for some reason, but when you're playing on one of the Save Slots you have the option to vary the audio volume, but the music is either on or off, nothing in between.

Well maybe you have a bad Computer/pc

Try changing default audio to 24bit 48000hz. Do this by typing mmsys.cpl into start menu then clicking default device then advanced tab change default format click apply. This worked for me
