crashing

when I ride a broom for the first time when I get to the boss fight it crashes

Okey I solved it, you have to play as 2nd player with one of them and take your character to the opposite point of the map and with the 1st player activate the torch statue
When you activate it, immediately switch to the 2nd player and keep going
I can't find the video with the problem solved sorry :(

or a different approach: get a second player (yourself) and put a character in the opposite direction, open the gate and when it freezes, switch to the second player, go inside and remove the second player

I am having a problem near the end of Year 3 when trying to save Sirius Black. At the start of the chapter I have to defeat a boggart to get a key to open the gate, but every time I get the key, the game crashes a few seconds later. I've been dealing with random crashes through the whole game, but this crash happens consistently. I didn't have the game crash even once on PS4, but the PC version crashes constantly. It's super annoying. I can't beat the game now.
