Azkaban level crashing

I am now at the final level of Prisoner Of Azkaban. It keep crashing in the same place, what should I do?

I'm having the exact same problem, it was working just fine up until the last level of prisoner of azkaban, now it just freezes and i have to shut down my computer to restart because it freezes my whole screen. I don't know what to do.

Vertical sync does not work either.

Right after the flower fans when you activate the torch holding gargoyle. freezes and have go reboot to get out every time.

Mine's the same. For me if you put hermione in the corner by the door with the silver lock and harry in the bottom corner by the trunk on the balcony facing the gargoyle, then fire a spell towards the first gargoyle while it and the ice aren't on screen it works.

For some reason it doesn't work with the other gargoyle though... that's where I'm stuck.

I have the same problem when you approach these two little men with fire and throw them in a spell that turned away and spotpili ice that freezes me the whole screen and so is przezco I have to restart the whole computer
