How can i defeat the spider ?

How the spider in the woods I do not defeat come as further

Im on Year 2

When you're fighting Aragog in the forest...
Kill a few small black spiders, then when a purple spider comes near you can use Leviosa to lift it (can't remember if it needs one click or two to get the spider spinning), aim with the wasd keys and release to throw at Aragog.
