the burrow glitch

In the first level of cos when you're supposed to find ginny behind a chair she never appears. I've closed the game multiple times but restarting it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Ginny hides behind a few things in the room, and as you go around you 'disturb' her from one hiding place to the next in a certain order. Are you sure you've done the previous hiding place(s)?

I have the same problem but first time when i played she was behind the blue chair and i did the level. Now I finished the Story and when I play Free Mode or Story again she isn't there
