Numerous Glitches (Years 1-4) -- Details Inside

Glitch 1: Vehicles stopped working. I played through the first secret level in Gringott's, and vehicles worked at first, but then they stopped working altogether. Now when I get in a vehicle (in any level) the vehicle won't move, it just sits there taking damage and getting redder and redder until it explodes. No vehicle is drivable at this point.

Glitch 2: In the Jinxed Broom level, towards the beginning, the tube sections won't move. I activate them with the Wingardium Leviosa spell, and the purple outline moves around a little bit, but the tube pieces don't move at all, and I can't get them into place. Which means I can't progress beyond this level. Which means this is a game-breaking bug.

Any idea how I can fix these problems?

Quitting the game entirely and starting it up again seems to have fixed Glitch 2.

Glitch 1 is also fixed by restarting the game. Hooray!
