Crash on start up

Crashes every time i start it up, no error no nothing just go backs to normal, any fix to this?

Hello there! The solution that worked for me is to down the resolution of the soundcard. If you are using Windows 10, right click on sound icon (beside the OneDrive icon) and click on “Open Sound Configuration”. Go to the right corner, upward and select "Sound Control Panel". Select your device and click “Properties”. Go to Advanced option and downgrade the standard format. I put 24 bit and 48000 hz and the game started normally since that "magic"!

You are welcome! I remember "Arcania Gothic 4" is another game that has the same solution to startup. More strangely, the sequence, Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7, works normally on 24 bits and 96000hz…
