Characters don't saved
Not many days ago I bought the game on steam and it happens that the only characters that are saved are to use them are: Harry, Hermione, Ron and Justin Finch-Fletchley

When I get them in games, they appear, but I can't use them

I would recommend saving your studs to purchase a couple of the multiplier Red Bricks first which means you will be able to buy stuff without having to farm. It's fairly easy to find them, or use a guide, and then purchase them at the Owl Emporium and activate them in Extras.
