Replaying The Forbidden Forest in free play causes crash.

So I'm trying to work on getting my save slot to 100% which means i have to complete every level 2 times (once in story and 2nd in free play) as well as collect every collectable.
So far I've done 5 out of the six levels in the Philosopher's Stone, however when I get to the point in the Forbidden Forest level, at the part where i use Hagrid to pull a chain link thing to raise a stone platform, as soon as i cross the middle of the platform, my game crashes and quits by itself.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it
P.S I tried verifying the game files but it still crashed and quit after trying that.
