Гремучая ива

Прохожу третий год обучения, не могу пройти битву с Гремучей ивой. Посмотрел прохождение в интернете, там люди запрыгивают в "руку" и Ива поднимает игрока. Я же не могу запрыгнуть в эту "руку", персонаж постоянно скользит, словно там круглая коллизия. Сталкивался кто с таким?

It should give you a screen prompt when you move next to the branch, K (for keyboard users), which makes your character enter the 'hand' for you to cast the spells.
If that's not happening, try pausing and changing your Video / Effects to their lowest / off settings, and switch off all Extras, then try again. This usually works for any Lego graphics glitches I've come across, and you can change straight back to your normal settings as soon as you get past the problem.

I see screen white prompt, but on key pressing my character cast a spell

It's definitely K, the button for changing character. I just tried it for myself and you do have to be standing still and not pressing any other button when your next to the prompt for it to work properly, otherwise I just swapped to the other characters.
