Student in Peril glitch?

Thought I will finally 100% this, but nooo - it had to glitch at the last step!

I used 3 different guides (including you-tube video), went 3 times through all locations - and nothing. Only thing that might be "it" - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1772973965
Not sure he was stuck there as he was rescued originally but that's the only one that I can see out of place, everything else is clear (yes, including time-turners).
Not sure I want to start it all over again, but I want to get to Bonus 11!

same problem a year and a half later for me. unfortunate. did you ever fix it?

No, sadly I couldn't find any proper way to get around that.
And I have not enough time and way too many other games to play to go through it again - and possibly get the same glitch or maybe a different one.
What I did - I've found a save on internet that have the game completed, so I could enjoy those missed extras.
Maybe someone consider it cheating - but first, it's a single-player game without any kind of leaderboards; and second - it's not my fault the game never got fixed, I completed everything there is to complete and if not for that bug I would have finished it 100% myself.
