Unable to Switch Characters
I have tried again and again, but I still can't get past even the first stage because I can't switch from Hagrid to Harry after I lift Harry up to the stairs. I've tried switching the controls but it doesn't work. Some help please.
I really want to play this game as I really love the books and movies.

It should just be a click on U to swap. If that isn't happening try holding U to bring up the character wheel and select him from there.
