Can't find Ginny in Floo Powder

I watched and read all the tutorials for this level and Ginny is not in the cupboard with the books. Does this mean I have to re install the game? I heard there are some pretty game breaking bugs with it

Have you 'discovered' her in all of her hiding places round the kitchen/living-room first to get her to end up in the cupboard ?
