Where are game saves stored?

Take a look in your TBP subdirectory under Steam, typically found here:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\they bleed pixels"
Here you should find a subdirectory of either "%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%", where each '%' is a number, or "0" - which means steam can find your ID.

In there should be the three save files.
