They Bleed Pixels not recongnizing 360 controller

As the the title suggests, the game doesn't seem to recongize that my wired 360 controller is plugged in. Yet other games that can use the controller (Half-Minute Hero, Mark of the Ninja, Recettear, etc.) work fine with it. Any ideas to fix this problem?

I'm assuming you've tried unplugging and plugging the controller in. Should be able to do it in-game. Hmmm. Do you have anything else plugged in that could be confusing the issue? (a tablet, joystick, etc.) Try unplugging those.
Try rebooting as well.
Leet me know what happens.

Last time I was playing a videogame with a controller in Windows 7, I had to have it plugged in before I started the program. Does doing that make a difference?

@Packbat - Hmmm good question. TBP was developed on XP and had some testing on Win7 but this was not something we were looking at so I can't say.
