Multi-player is p2p. You can assume about 60% of Contents are in the Early Access version.
-Sometimes the map viewpoint orientation appears to be different, rotated maybe 45 or 90 degrees.
-Sometimes in the Lobby level, instead of the first console/kiosk being inside the little room with force fields at the start, that area's already opened, instead the first console/kiosk is *outside* that little room in the wide open area. Which makes for much different experience once you open the force fields in the larger area outside. :)
Since playing this game long term means going through the same levels repeatedly, I think any subtle ways to keep repeated playthroughs a little bit fresh/different is good so you don't rely so much on visual "muscle memory" when playing. :)
I've played well over 100 hours of BoP and that's only in it's current state. The variation on each level is pretty extreme..from player paths..to orientation..to mob encounters that aren't cement. It stays pretty damned refreshing to play the entire time. I still have a couple blueprints to unlock...and the fact that you can try to make unique 'builds' work when presented with a 'unique/specific' weapon gives you TONS of playtime. Not to mention the fact that the game is even more fun with more people...adding more
