正式リリース版も4K等の高解像度では拡大表示される

が...4K(3830x2160)の環境では11/4アップデート時と同様、拡大表示される不具合が発生しています。音楽館さん！頼みますよ！

I am not able to run full screen with the last 2 updates. Before, the game was working fine.

My monitor's native resolution is 2560x1440.

Changing it to 1920x1080 using windows OS or Nvidia Control Panel doesn't help. Still no fullscreen.

Same here for a 2k monitor. Chops off quite a bit of the information. Can't play like this.

Also in the menus the mouse doesn't line up with the buttons.

At least you can see it all!

Anyway i've also noticed they have removed 2 lines and is now DLC content. The early access had 3 lines so i've now asked for a refund cause that's pretty deceptive. Store pages says

Lines and cars that can be played with the basic pack
Tokaido Line Down Tokyo-Shinagawa Series E233-3000
Chuo Line Rapid train Going up Takao-Hachioji Series E233-0
Oito Line Down Matsumoto-Azusabashi Series 211

Clearly not the case anymore.

4Kディスプレイへの対応は、可否を含めて検討中とのことですね。

初期バージョンでは問題なかったので対応してくれることを期待して遊びたいと思います。

正式版リリースありがとうございます。
ただ、画面が小さく左上に表示されたままです。また、設定（音声、グラフィック等）も画面上に表示されていますが、そのままクリックして使用できないです。対処法は、フル画面での位置を思い浮かべながら「ここかな？」ってところでクリックする・・・。

なんでWindowsの設定で解像度落とさなきゃいけないんだ。。。
ゲーム側のグラフィック設定でFullHDとか4Kとか選ばせなさいよ。
こんなゲーム初めてだわ。

解像度をゲーム側に合わせないと動かないのは昨今のゲームでは珍しいと思います。
もともとフルHD向けに制作していたであろう業務用シミュレーターからの移植でしょうから、4K等の解像度は想定外だった可能性があります。
