Hi,
Try changing the display resolution to 1920x1080 in Windows OS settings.
If that doesn't work, try changing the display resolution to 1920x1080 in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

I have the same problem. Before today's update, everything was working fine. But now I am not able to run full screen.

My monitor's native resolution is 2560x1440.

Changing it to 1920x1080 using windows OS or Nvidia Control Panel doesn't help. Still no fullscreen.

Same problem here - perfect before today's update - now won't go full screen.
Edit: Should have also mentioned that game requires 2 or 3 launches before it works - outside of this is just crashes back to Steam.

I have no problem with full screen. But now the image bottom is cut off, and there is a black bar across the top. Like the entire window is shifted down. My resolution is normally 1920x1200. I corrected the problem temporarily by switching to 1920x1080.

but i am on 21:9 monitor . if i set to 1920 1080 , all my desktop shortcuts will rearrange everytime. So this is not the solution. Maybe add a windowed mode ?

Yes, changing resolution is only a temporary workaround. It's easy to do before & after the game (better than nothing). Windowed mode would be nice.

I think I have figured it out. It is not only about resolution (1920x1080) but also about scaling. If you set your dekstop resolution to 1920x1080 it is (usually) scaled up to 125% by default. You may change it manually to 100% and that will fix the issue.

Maybe so, but let's be honest here. Changing desktop resolution and scaling every time you want to play this game, and then having to change it back again, each and every time, is NOT what I would call a "solution".

Exactly. I hope the developers will fix this problem at the earliest opportunity. This is not a cheap game once you buy the DLCs. Fiddling with the resolution and scaling every time I want to play this game is not an acceptable solution. This has been an ongoing issue that users have reported and I was surprised that this has still not been fixed for the launch.

It seems the screen cut-off resulted from trying to fix the refresh complaints from people who didn't want to run 60 Hz. Let's remember this is ported from a proprietary system, not running on a gaming engine where someone else already did the work. The video system is rather unique.
