Game keeps freezing

I can play the game without problems for like 10-15 minutes after that at a random point my game freezes.
After that when I start the game I get like 10-20 fps and it doesn´t start working until I restart my pc.

Idk what the issue is since I have 4050, 16gb ram and a intel core i7
