Anyone having very bad luck with this? ive spent like 20 minutes trying to get it to spawn doing lv 8 over and over again..

Sorry, just to clarify - is this to mean that you just need to replay the final level on any difficulty you have previously finished the game on? So replay on Normal after finishing Normal?

replay a normal chapter after you finished all the chapters on a said difficulty. for example play any chapter on normal after beat the game on normal. Chapter 8 is a good one since we had a special shop that has only weapons. 3 times more chances.

That did it for me! I had to replay on Challenging specifically and it appeared right away!

IIRC the easiest way to get it is the random guns endless mode, since it seems to not have a reduced spawn chance there (except for it only having one form without upgrades)

(though I did this a bit ago so might have changed)

endless with random guns is the best way. it´s the second type of endless, you unlock after beat endless normal.
