Playable influencer

So... I'm pretty sure that when the game was teased many months back, it was said that there would be two playable characters: Jack (or Mullet if you go by Mr. Bullet) and the influencer girl, presumably after clearing the game once. I cleared both Normal and Challenge mode and unlocked almost every achievement, but nowhere did I find anything regarding the second character. Did I miss something or do I just misremember?
