All sneakers disappeared

So after the updated all progress and sneakers disappeared for me. All chapters are available to play but there are no checkmarks that I beat them on normal and hard difficulty.
Pretty annoying because I wanted the achievment for hard difficulty. Only things that were left for me to do is 7th floor and last boss, but now I need to it all over again.
And yeah, endless mode sneakers dissapeared too.

Apparently opening the controls menu is supposed to re-check according to the dev under the new announcement

Could you show pics on the bug section on our discord. we have some double checks to prevent this to happen, we can personaly check your save too, we could help you there.

So it turned out the problem was not in the update. My PC shut down in the middle of the run and save file became corrupted.
