I just look at it as that death in EP being nothing more than a hallucination caused by Alma whereas Douglas Holiday really died. Seems to work for me and then I can somewhat buy her being alive in FEAR 3.

Some think me silly for the way I play my games. But honestly, I think it makes my experience all the richer. I actually really liked Jin. Thought my Point Man would have been interested in being more than friends.
Alma killed everyone I cared about. Killed everyone she came across save for me and Fettel. She would not even spare my closest friends. I sorely, SORELY wish I could actually end her with my shot gun. Mother or not. She must be stopped.
