Runtime Error R6025
Anyone know how to fix this. Didn't even get this at the start. Now cant even run older saves.

I have this same problem. I play the game and when it loads the level before the las chapter this error appears.

I had the Windows compatibility mode set on Windows 7. I switched off and it works.

I have the same problem, but which file must be disable the compatibility?... launcher?, FEARXP? because in both cases doesnt compability mode is disabled.
Or were can disable that.
Please Help!.. and thanks in advance...

Change your resolution to min (640x480)... this works for me...

I solved this problem. Need to run as administrator on file fearxp.exe. Wish it's gonna help someone. I spent some time to find this solution.

game crashes after terminal mission
I was crashing constantly on interval 3. I found a Reddit thread which led to a website about the "4GB Patch". This is taken from the website:

"This very little tool patches x86 executables in order to let them have 4GB (instead of only 2) of virtual memory on x64 platforms. This tool comes very handy for applications which need a great amount of virtual memory like games, 3D renderization, multimedia etc."

I can confirm that it fixed my problem with the runtime error. I've even played through "the L" level which seems to be notorious for crashing.

This is the link to the 4GB Patch site. Huge thanks to the creator.
