Puzzle Help (Container on Beach)

Hello,

Can someone tell me what is wrong with my solution?

This is from the container on the beach, where there are hexagons on every intersection.

I believe the four blue elements are in the same area as the 4-element yellow shape, thus cancelling it completely and removing any constraints on the shape. The 3 element yellow element is outlined correctly, and all hexagons are covered.

What am I missing / what rule did I misunderstand?
