Uderbla already gave out how to solve it:
You have to solve the puzzle as if it was under white (normal) light. The problem is that you can only view it under Red, Blue, and Green light. You have to figure out a way to find the real colors of each star.
A paper and pen is HIGHLY reccommended.
I did this by numbering the stars on each different light. The concatenation of these values gives the a distinct icon value you can use to solve the puzzle.
