Village orange container(Light puzzle)
I am struggling really hard to understand the logic behind this puzzle: http://bildr.no/view/TXF1Tmhl

I managed to do the other one really fast, but this one I just dont understand. My freund also can't do it. We swore to not use a guide, but this is the breaking point. Can someone please somehow explain this madness without giving the answer straight out?

Each distinct colour will have a distinct set of white/black values under each light. So for a given square, it will be e.g. 'white, black, white' for red, green, blue, or whatever. All the 'white, black, white' then must be the same colour. Hope that isn't giving it away too much.

To complete that puzzle, it's best to prepare yourself by visiting the botany/colour lab on the other side of the mountain. Once you learn the mechanics there, this puzzle shouldn't be too hard to solve.

Actually, you can solve right there by seeing which sets of stars are similar under the different lighting conditions (per Userbia above). But, ... what does solving these 2 puzzles accomplish?

Absolutely nothing. Maybe reinforcing knowledge that colors change under different lights. I found them fun to solve anyways.
Uderbla already gave out how to solve it:
You have to solve the puzzle as if it was under white (normal) light. The problem is that you can only view it under Red, Blue, and Green light. You have to figure out a way to find the real colors of each star.

A paper and pen is HIGHLY reccommended.

Handy hint - you don't need to work out the true colour. You just need to find the distinct icons.
I did this by numbering the stars on each different light. The concatenation of these values gives the a distinct icon value you can use to solve the puzzle.
