Impossible puzzle in symetry area

So, i'm just in the area with the symetry puzzles, and this puzzle appears impossible. Looking at some solutions, it looks as if the coloured lines have been reversed. Am i missing something, or is this actually a bug?

It's been quite a while since I played this game but I'm pretty sure that you can start the blue line in the top right corner. Or not?

Nope, as you can see there, the top right is yellow, the bottom left is blue. If i go up, the blue spot is consumed by the yellow line, to the side, the yellow spot is consumed by blue. Unless there is a way to change the line colours?

Where ever you click first is where the blue line will start. So if you want the blue line to start in a differen location make sure to click there. So for this puzzle I would recommend trying to start the blue line on the other starting point.

Thanks for this. I didn't know the colored line started where you clicked either (I always start my puzzles on the left if I can)

That's your own personal habit and not something the the game teaches you to do. The sooner you drop your conventions the easier the puzzles will be.

That was yesterday, I'm up to 6 lasers today. I doubt I will be going after 100% though, far too many environment totem / obelisk puzzles in areas accessible only by boat.

Why not go for 100%? Even if it takes you weeks or months, why not attempt it?

Agreed! I'm up to five lasers now, and will be going (slowly) for completion.
