Save file analyzer to help determine which puzzles are unsolved?

FAIR WARNING: THIS ENTIRE POST IS A SPOILER.

I'm stuck. Load file indicates I'm at 520 +135 +6, so I have all the EPs (environmental puzzles) but am apparently missing 3 of the normal puzzles (assuming the total of 523 I've seen elsewhere is still valid). I've gone through each area step-by-step multiple times, following different walkthrough sites and a speed run video, and for the life of me I cannot find the missing 3. Lake map shows I've collected all the audio logs (all white and yellow flowers open) and all the discarded tiles (no bright orange triangular leaves). I've done all the lasers, I've completed the Challenge, I've opened all the briefcases and played all the theater videos. And yet those last 3 puzzles elude me!

So long story short (too late): Does anyone know of a save file analyzer or other means to figure out which puzzles I'm missing? I want to be 100% sure I've 100% completed the game.

For me, it was having to ride every elevator both up AND down.

At this point I'm seriously wondering if the game bugged somehow and didn't count everything. For me to have completed Challenge and gotten all 135 EPs requires me to have done most of the optional puzzles. And I've gone over the non-solution-required puzzles multiple times and I just can't find any I missed. I've ridden the elevators, making sure to use the top and bottom panels and the elevator panel in Caves. I've done the optional Orchard. I've done all the discarded triangle tiles.

If you reset a puzzle (e.g. The Keep walkways) it doesn't take away from your count, does it? Again, I've obviously solved them (multiple times) because I have all the EPs.

At this point I would literally pay someone to play my save file if they can figure out which puzzles I've missed. That's where I'm at right now. *laugh*

I feel your pain. If I manage to figure out which 3 I'm missing I'll post an update here. But I've even downloaded the full set of puzzles & solutions from a speed-running site and don't see anything I've missed. :-/
