My other topic got removed for some reason. Are we not alllowed to criticize the game? If not, I can delete this topic, but I really have no idea why my thread got removed so i will try again. I dont seem to be violating any rules that i can tell.

Anyway, this is a very pretentious game that somehow has convinced many that it is high-brow, nose in the sky type material. John Blow is a feminist SJW so I guess the state of The Witness should not surprise me.

How did this score a 10 out of 10 from IGN when the entire game is a ripoff of maze puzzles you could play on a children's placemat at a Denny's for free?

Did my topic get removed because I was too accurate with my assessment?

EDIT: Oh I see, John is censoring all criticism by moving threads to "dumb internet comments." LOL.

This guy is a man child how can anyone give him money? I guess his game and his viewpoints are so weak that he feels they cannot withstand spirited debate and feels the need to remove threads calling him out.

I am not broken hearted in the least that his game is being pirated a bunch, the price point of 40 dollars for this is insane when you can get a 2 dollar smart phone game that does the same thing.

Well, I wasn't hoping for a response like yours. Usually someone who vehemontly attacks what other people like can't handle this sort of response. I was tossing the OP ♥♥♥♥ for liking a genre many despise. I've got nothing against it, but the responses you can get from pointing out stuff like this is pretty hilarious. I'd recommend it. Just a little bit more than sick seeing people like him posting in forums of games I like. ie: Gone Home, Dear Esther, Proteus, Read Only Memories, etc.

How many more times do I have to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ read the words pretentious, sjw, or walking simulator in topic titles from people like him? A person who spends over 1,300 hours in a game like DoTA has no room for criticizing how other people spend their time. Not often do people like us go into their communities to tell them they are wasting their time and should feel bad about playing those kinds of games.
