THE SWAMP : UNSOLVEABLE?!
Hey People,

So I'm stuck in the swamp. I managed to move the bridge from the one side to the other, there are 2 puzzles you can start, one with 2 levels, one with 4. The one with 2 levels, has 1 solveable puzzle, but the second one seems to be impossible to solve (or I'm missing something here) and the puzzle with 4 levels, is already impossible starting with the first one. I've seen a guy on youtube, who is actually at the same place. While this guy is kind of a douche I post the link of his video, because he really is exactly stuck where I am. Help is MUCH appreciated! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyQ0Oi5LDRw

I'm stuck there, too :D
Somehow I fail to see a logic solution.

The game doesn't really tell you this, but you can move the figures as long as the boxes displaying the figure are inside the line, i had to look this up myself.

Actually, you can figure this out if you go back and study the tutorial puzzles before the moving bridge. They are laid out in a way that explains the properties (up to this point) of the tetris pieces

Yes, there are no unsolvable pieces, and the tutorials ALWAYS explain what you can do. You just have to try different solution, on the tutorial puzzles themselves, to see if the rules that you thought you understood are true, or just bad shortcuts.

In this case, the technique that he is missing is is NEEDED to cross the bridge.

Is this the one you're talking about? Just made this screenshot. Solution spoiler: http://i.imgur.com/ZRPJzTk.jpg

We're talking about the one on the door next to this one. But this one definitely helps.

For those stuck here's a screenshot showing them all for that panel.

For me I'm stuck on the very last puzzle on the panel right below this one, the green one, if anyone's gotten that one.

Edit- One for on the door http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/545301811038733846/800D24AA06DA06BDAB9E35701C82FF7B8D38F586/

The swamp is a bit annoying because, unless there is some 'aha' trick i am not aware of, you are trapped.

The "aha" trick is that so long as you can get the shape symbols into what you make you can combine them.

For example if you see a four block square and a 2 block symbol you can make them into a 6 block rectangle so long as they are close enough.

It's essentially a weird form of Tetris asking you to combine the shapes into whatever is most efficient and allows you to complete the puzzle.

I caved and looked at the solution for the door someone posted. The tutorial didn't make it clear that you had THAT much leeway on piece placement, imo.

It's not needed to cross the bridge. You can go around the bridge shapes where they're situated.

This one is bad puzzle design, or bad teaching.

Also, he's kidding about it being unsolveable. His channel is a comedy one.

The annoying part is that you can't go back to the tutorial area. Once you go over the bridge, I couldn't find anyway to make the bridge take me back.

Yeah this was really annoying. I missed like half the tutorial puzzles because I got stuck on one and went ahead and tried (and succeeded) at the moving bridge, but then you're stuck on the other side with no way back to go back and finish up the tutorials :meatytears:

Thanks for the solution Garudin
