Sound Bug
I thought it was just the way the game started but I'm not getting any audio at all. Does anyone else have this problem or have any suggested solutions? I tried validating the files twice, both times it said two files failed to validate.

Do you both have two files that won't validate? It says it'll reaquire them but it doesn't. I tried reinstalling and the problem persisted and still needs to reaquire two files.

Well it does for most people, I was the first person to even mention it that I can find. Every game has bugs, it's working fine for my friends.

Yes 2 files Setsubun.

I was able to fix the issue like this for me:
Right Click on Volume icon in tray
Select "Playback Devices"
Click on "Speakers" in Playback tab
Click "Configure" button in lower left
Select "Stereo" next next next okay.

Now game has audio.
Hope this helps others, I'm going to start a new game.
Can you check if your audio playback settings are set to 'Stereo'? I had the exact problem caused by my headphones set to 5.1

Try to change your sounds settings (5.1 or 7.1) to Stereo. Shame but works for me. The sounds are here.

Mine only says 7.1, no stereo or 5.1 option? I have Logitech G430's

Same here man - I've got Logitech G930s and I dont have any option to change to stereo :(

Yeah, I have G930s as well and can't toggle to Stereo mode. After a couple Google searches, it appears that the only way to get Windows to show a Stereo mode with them is to uninstall the Logitech drivers/software.

Disappointing for a game of this price to not have surround sound support - how does one uninstall the drivers?
Dknighter Jan 26, 2016 @ 12:40pm
yep, uninstalling the Logitech drivers works fine, the game is really quiet though!
