How do you solve the Orange/Reddish puzzle at the top of a building in the Town?

I am actually on a PS4, but you guys seem like the best forum for this topic. I have completed 10/11 lasers and am on the Town. I made it to the top of a building that has a red laser consisting of three diamonds/hexagon shapes. I just finished a panel that had three cords running from it(one requiring shadow, one requiring glare, one requiring something else). It is turned away from the building and when I move near,I see the shadow outline of the topmost solution.

My question is: How do I discover the middle and bottom solutions?

It's this one. I see the top, but how do I learn the bottom two thirds?

Yes, but I can not find the middle and bottom sections.

Yes, I can easily see the top 1/3 from the shadow/glare. I do not see any position where I can stand and see the middle or bottom third.

The top is a shadow (tree branch), not a reflection.

Hint 2:
If you can't see it from this roof, try somewhere else. From the ground or another roof, maybe...

Got it. The answer was essentially split into two, separated by different puzzle areas. No biggie. Turned on the Town Laser and am heading to the mountain top. All 11 lasers on. Been playing over a month. Loved every second.
