pressure pad maze in keep done...now what?

i've gone up the tower in the keep and successfully finished both sets of mazes. the first one sent a lazer up the mountain but finishing the second set didn't seem to do anything after putting the correct path in. does this just count towards puzzles finished or am i missing something?

Afaik they don't do anything, it's just that you can pick which side to complete to activate the laser, so there's redundancy in the castle area when it comes to puzzles

Do you know the purpose of the black obelisks ? Look closer to your pressure pad mazes, from up there...
