how long is the game?

i was thinking about getting this game because i need to get a new single player game that will get me back into single player games. i had a falling out with single player because i got into a phase where i just wanted to play high octane games and lost the urge to play single player. i picked this game because i love puzzle games like portal, battleblock theater, and we were here. i was hoping play time is about 15-20 hours to get enough out of it without it being too long. any info on the atmosphere of the game is also welcome thanks.

It should be a 30 hours play though if you use no guide just to finish the game and explore a little bit of everything. This game is quite "zen"you'll buy it for the puzzles but you will stay just for how beautiful it looks and feel, so you would like to at least explore the complete world, even if you don't complete everything.

dont listen to the guys above ... they are subtle-bragging or addicted to puzzle games... for normal people, you CAN get stuck on a puzzle for a long time. wont be able to solve it, and will go off and solve other problems, then return to it , and still wont be able to solve it.

There was one puzzle took me several days to understand (without brute forcing) , and 2-3 that I still have not solved -- although i havent played in a while.

I have 32.1 hours in it, and finished all puzzles other than a certain set of secret ones. HowLongToBeat puts it at 17.5 for just the main story, 42 for doing everything.

If you're so entrenched in finding everything there is to know about this game and are completely obsessed by it... 178 and counting?

I don't think that's a typical amount of time to put into this game though.
