Seems clear to me, low, mid, low, long-high. There is that one long high note that sounds similar, like in the first video right after the initial four notes. with this, it then sounds like it would be five notes. Which here the game is trying to trick you.
However if you listen to the sounds long enough you'll find it isn't part of the same interval the other sounds play at (like in the second video).

Taking out the third note would create a low-mid-low-high scenario, but I just can't hear it no matter how hard I try.
The first six of the panels teach you to listen for the bird calls, and then to ignore all of the other sounds as distractions, and focus in on the bird calls no matter what else you hear. Then out of nowhere, the seventh suddenly reverses this, and makes the bird call the distraction. On top of the fact that this puzzle will already be frustrating for players who don't have a good ear for pitch, that's just a bit harsh.
This isn't exactly true, the one before it has you listening to the wolf.
