The Tram In The Swamp Area

Hey Guys, I'm a little stuck and was hoping someone may explain what to do here.

Ive just entered the swamp area, done all the green title puzzles and the grey title one thats supposed to do something with the tram? but there is no tram lol when i did the puzzle the cable to the left turned white but thats it. is there something i'm missing?

There are multiple solutions to that puzzle. Yes, your solution is correct but there is a reason why the certain answer you put in didn't do anything.

Look again, can you see why?

Answer: The panel represents the floor. The answer you put in is where the floor will go or currently is.
