That's because Price issues, The studio behind it closed down some years ago, so they never gave it a regional price on australia and germany.

You can buy a cheap steam key for $6 USD at sites like eneba. Also its available on GOG.

Don't buy this on steam get the GOG version classic is terrible, waste of 10$ the co-op doesn't even work properly. GOG version has way more flexibility with what you can do all they did was add some useless achs.

People are using bots to unlock the achs online cause game is dead and don't even work right. You can probably buy the gog version but I could be wrong.
