health runes, multiplayer, and more...

hey, just wanna say that I'm pretty new to this game, I somehow missed it back when it originally came out and DAMN, what a shame, I've just finished it for the first time and loved every second.
Now to my questions:
1) Can anyone give me any tips on where all the Health Runes are? I've found 3 myself, and there's been no wa to miss those three. That's why I thought all of them would be scattered along the path, but alas... Any ideas would be very welcome as I'm not really motivated to get them all for the achievement with lower difficulty (as I've already finished it on Hard).
2) Multiplayer - is there any chance of new servers emerging, namely v1.10 servers? Also considering the upcoming shut down of GameSpy..
3) Finally, single player - can you finish the game while not becoming Sark? It's really intriguing, though I know I wouldn't have enough patience to finish it, the game was pretty hard as it was

For the Healthy achievement go to multiplayer and start a RuneMatch and find a health rune. Pick it up and stay there until the rune respawn again to pick it up. Do that 5 times and you'll get the achievement.
